Yes! With your permission, I will reach out to other clinicians to collaborate and coordinate care.

Yes! I work with clients of all ages. When working with children and adolescents, I include families, caregivers and loved ones in sessions as desired.

We will meet via a HIPAA compliant, secure, online video platform for our appointments. Our clients have shared that they enjoy the convenience and ease of meeting virtually, from the comfort of their home, without the stress of commuting and parking.

The short answer is yes! States can change their licensing requirements, so please contact me and let me know where you are based to determine if we can work together.

I encourage new clients to start with weekly sessions. Regular check-ins are an important part of maintaining momentum and achieving success. Session frequency can be tailored to your individual needs.

I will start by examining what makes food and eating difficult for you. Together we will develop a plan that ensures your body gets all the nutrients it needs to function well. We will start with foods you feel comfortable with and work on a regular schedule of eating. If desired, we can explore new foods through exposures that start small and build upon each other. I always make sure we go at a pace that feels comfortable to you. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable and confident around food.
