We will connect through a secure virtual platform that ensures privacy and confidentiality. During our first session, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your health history, lifestyle behaviors, and goals to develop a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs. With your permission, we will explore your relationship with food, movement, and your body, as well as aspects like digestion, sleep, and hydration, to create a comprehensive plan for our work together. By the end of the session, we will establish long-term goals that will guide our future sessions and set you on the path towards sustainable change.
Booking an appointment is quick and easy - simply contact us to request a session. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you the new client paperwork through our secure platform, which you can complete before our session. All of our sessions take place on the same secure virtual platform.

50 minutes
Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes long. We offer personalized weekly sessions via a secure virtual platform to ensure that you receive the support you need. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. During our sessions, we will discuss strategies for optimizing food choices, debunk nutrition myths, explore body image, set goals around movement, learn how to nourish your body for your desired activity level, meal plan and explore new recipes together. We can also conduct food or cooking exposures to help you expand your food choices.
Regular check-ins are an important part of maintaining momentum and achieving success. That's why we encourage clients to start with weekly sessions and as we continue our work together, we can decide if a different session frequency may be more suitable. You can schedule follow-up sessions directly through our secure video platform once you have completed their initial assessment.
